Tarwin Street Road Rehabilitation

Ace Earthmoving was contracted by Latrobe City Council to construct a major road rehabilitation on Tarwin Street in Morwell.

The project consisted of:
Excavation of the existing site to the new design levels
Installation of 230m of 225 diameter reinforced concrete pipe
Installation of 171m of 300 diameter reinforced concrete pipe
Installation of 24m of 375 diameter reinforced concrete pipe
Installation of 19m of 450 diameter reinforced concrete pipe
Installation of 41m of 525 diameter reinforced concrete pipe
Installation of 75m of 600 diameter reinforced concrete pipe
Installation of 47m of 675 diameter reinforced concrete pipe
Construction or modification of 29 drainage pits
Connect existing property stromwater to new piped drainage
Construction of 100mm Layer of 20mmClass 2 Crushed Rock Pavement
Construction of 200mm Layer of 20mm Class 3 Crushed Rock Pavement
Asphalting of 4118m2 of pavement with 30mm Type H Asphalt
Sealing of 4118m2 of pavement with 7mm emulsion primerseal
Construction of 363m2 of 125mm concrete driveways with SL72 reinforcement
Construction of 620m of LM profile kerb and channel
Construction of 580m of Barrier profile kerb and channel
Supply and install of 1200m of 100mm Class 1000 Agi Drain
